3) all old ppl (read- Ts) are thinking of preparing Ss for a world that does not yet exist, how do Ts kx what Ss should/n’t do?

4) if you are not actively seeking to diversify Ts and who becomes Ts, that is part of perpetuating a racist system

I am really struggling when adults say they can’t find it to encourage students to study ed.
1) adults should not limit students to what the adult sees as a good fit - whom are you steering where and why?
2) if something is going to change, this is the gen doing the redesign

Teaching Christmas traditions in Spanish class as “culture” because Catholicism is important in Mexico is perpetuating colonialism and erasing the indigenous population. Also, Islam is the fastest growing religion or Latinx youth.
