But pay attention to Rick's head, aside of his hand. His head movement corresponds to his hand movement. He keeps looking down at first, like just contemplating the countdown, or whatever, but raises his head at the very, very last moment, and looks directly at the victim.

I will have to do a separate segment on just that alone. It is so hard to mark everything on the same page at the same time.
