@OlaElectric is a scam! My Ola bike broke down and I tried to book roadside assistance using olacare plus, but they asked me to pay for service despite it being advertised as free. Customer care says it's at their discretion to change rules... 😞 @bhash
Hey @cromaretail , I had purchased a food processor (essential in daily life) month ago and it stopped working. When I raised a complaint, the technician said small part has to be replaced for which they would need 4 days to get the new part. Disappointed with the service.
