Poor attitude, treatment of airindia to 84 y px from FRA,-Del-hyderabad (11july)long journey to suffer in cramped seat despite purchasing streched leg seat 25 days before . lame excuses ,responses in DM , not befitting to grand TATA image brand and mangement.

This performance by AIR India run by TATA is unacceptable. No cern for senior citizen .My FIL 84 years travelling back from FRA-HYD 11 july was given routine seat 8c despite purchasing 7c streched seat on DEL-HYD sector 20 days inadvace. Never expected in TATA!!!

Flew @airindia from BOM to HYD. Lot of improvement seen this time punctuality, neat ,upkeep interior , and polite staff , good prompt communication updates on change of boarding gates . Overall good . #AIFans #FlyAI

I booked tkt indigo 6e5259 6 dec 23 hyd mum.r517gr. Opted auto seat allotment.sysyem supposed to allot infor 6 hrs before .no it did not .no response customer care number .had procured seat 4 hrs before to generate boarding pass . system not working #indigo

Hi your automated seat allotment 12-6 hrs before departure system is not working . My wife recent trip Hyd Mumbai sector ,XSAT choice registered but sear allotment not done,not intimated even 4 hrs before departure.why.
