I am requesting for refund from past three weeks and contacting @hm@hmindia from past 5 months but what is actually this?
Not expected from a BIG brand like @hm

This type of negligence is not at all expected from such a renowned brand, my friend even visited several outlets of @hmindia for the same, but they are saying to contact the customer care and she is getting negative response as mentioned.
PLEASE look into it.

My friend has been requesting for her refund of Rs. 4550 from past 7-8 months but there is being continuous negative response from customer care of @hm , this is not expected from a well reputated company. And also not expected from a regular customer of @hm@hmindia
