Is it just me who feels that the books by #Randolph and @reedhastings about Netflix are a bit ordinary and boring.. some of the points mentioned in No Rules Rules are definitely radical and worth emulating but I feel they may not be relevant / feasible in many organisations

They are okay to do the same stuff the same way over and over again , however ineffective and inefficient it maybe
