@HDFCERGOGIC It's now been over 24 hours since I shared all the requested details via DM, yet I haven't received any update or even an email.This has been ongoing for more than 11days despite repeated assurances. I've now filed an IRDAI Bima Bharosa complaint as well. @irdaindia

@HDFCERGOGIC Unfortunately, it's happening again. I was assured a representative would contact me promptly, yet another 24 hours have passed with no update. After 10+ days of the same experience, I request @HDFCERGOGIC to provide a definite update or at least acknowledge the status via email.

Very disappointed with @HDFCERGOGIC . Paid for my motor insurance, completed self-inspection & required formalities, but still no policy or meaningful update despite multiple calls, emails &grievances. Cancellation requested (ID: 113897652).Transaction dispute raised. Kindly help

@HDFCERGOGIC Thank you but this isn't the first assurance I've received. After 10+ days, repeated follow-ups, and no proper response, my trust in HDFC ERGO is breaking. I have documented evidence of every interaction. Kindly resolve this without further delay plz.
