@ubereats_uk If you are not able to check unavailable items either completely cancel order and provide refund or deliver what you can and cut the same delivery fee showed before. What tge hell is this? Change the original order without customers approval and then charge 3x delivery

Really disappointed. I paid for 4 items, but only 2 were delivered. You charged me whole 18£ anyway, didn’t notify me beforehand, and now support is refusing a refund. How is this acceptable? Please fix this.

@ubereats_uk This is the reply i got from you. I am so frustrated. No one is stupid enough to place 5.99 order with 6£ delivery. I had placed order for £18 its not even showing unavailable items which came as notification.

@ubereats_uk The unavailable items are not even shown on UI. I am a software engineer and what kind of shitty design is this. Is customer agent not able to see the original order or the actual payment cut?? @ubereats_uk @Uber @UberDevelopers

@ubereats_uk @UberFacts When the receipt says 13£ for 5.99 order was 8 pounds delivery? If it was not available why did even charge in the first place. Adding 8£ delivery fee because of your mistake is annoying. And i have uber one membership. Is this your premium service?

On the subscription cancellation email why there is no information on for what duration its been cancelled. Utterly utterly disappointed with deliveroo even though i was a long time customer of them

I just noticed that you have cut the subscription amount even though i had cancelled my Gold membership on 22nd. Immediately after that when i checked in the app it was showing cancelled for the subscription after a few days you have cut 7.99 again

And now in the app i see that its cancelled for next montrh subscription and not for the current time i had cancelled for. This is a scam and i am hugely disappointed. I and my friends used to order from you a lot but this will stop because this is bullshit😟
