@nammametro @krishnabgowda Saturday afternoon metro ride with very low ac on Purple Line. the ride being packed does not help the cause. Controlling Operational cost is logical, but makimg the ride uncomfortable in afternoons, on hot days doesnt seem good customer empathy.
