Its 1.45 am and i cant sleep bec of severe acidity. I have ulcers. And the last time my ulcers threatened to burst i had to be hospitalized & guess what @icicilombard refused to cover my hospitization cost - bec i hadnt declared my ulcers at the time of taking the policy. But i didnt have ulcers at the time of taking the policy and now they are asking for doctors certificates to confirm i didnt have ulcers at the time of taking the policy. Next they will insist on the car number that kills u in advance so ur family can make a claim. Shame on this @ICICILombard . Am so disgusted. I no longer care abt the refund - i will expose the fraud in their operations
@amazonIN@atomberg_tech@arindam___paul I purchased Atomberg water purifier on 3rd Jun through Amazon. The Atomberg technician came for installation on 5th Jun and confirmed that the water filter is broken. Hence, I requested Amz it to take it back (1/n)
Till now my product is not been picked up and i am stuck with a faulty product. @atomberg_tech@AtombergCares has conveniently washed off their hands saying the product is purchased from amazon. (2/n)
The lobbying by banks (PMO, MoF, anybody else who will listen) to 'equalise' the tax on bank interest and capital gains on stocks (mutual funds are the main target) is off the charts. They managed to do this to debt funds two budgets ago, now the target is equity funds.
If bank branches would not force people away from deposits into useless life insurance plans, banks would have at least another Rs 80,000 crore each year in deposits.
But no, they want it both ways. Earn the commissions and kill a product that is actually working for people.

In case you are having trouble understanding the Lenskart IPO.
All irrationality can be explained by this one line that Chuck Prince , the CEO of Citigroup, said in an interview to the Financial Times on July 10, 2007: "When the music stops, in terms of liquidity, things will be complicated. But as long as the music is playing, you’ve got to get up and dance. We’re still dancing."
By November 2008 Citigroup was insolvent and had to be rescued.
This explains beautifully why anyone in and around the business of managing other people's money has to keep dancing. Because no one really knows when the clock is going to strike 12.

In chennai except Hiranandani to my knowledge all builders sell on sba only. Also if it’s going to be based on carpet area, builder will adjust per square feet area accordingly. If its on CA it will make it easy to compare per square feet rate across cities.
Super Area = Super Scam?
Know what you’re really paying for, while buying a property.
Despite RERA regulations, builders in most parts of India still market projects on Super Area, leaving buyers confused in jargons: Super Area, Built-Up Area, Carpet Area or RERA Carpet Area.
In this video, we decode this trap and explain why every Indian property buyer must know this before booking an under-construction property.
Are they actually selling you a property or illusion?
- A bigger home on paper, while the usable carpet area is barely half.
- A cheaper-looking rate per sq. ft., while in reality you may be paying almost double for less space.
This also kicks off our first video for property buyers awareness, cutting through the illusions with real, unbiased facts.
So, what do you think if builders keep selling on Super Area, shouldn’t RERA penalize them and even cancel their RERA registration?
