@_Sarram Fact is none of the eb staffs are picking the phone & those nos are always in busy or not in service mode .Even local eb service phone no is not reachable when it matters .This was not the case earlier .There is a big change now . Definitely requires review

@CTR_Nirmalkumar None of the eb nos are reachable earlier it was not the case will get response and repairs were happened but now cannot even reach .Every day in Madipakkam power cut with especially long hrs in night .Kindly look into this issue at the earliest.
