Extremely disappointed with your customer support. Order placed on 3 June and still not delivered, Multiple calls to support resulted in no reso, and calls were cut twice when I asked escalation.
No action, no accountability. Is this how new customers are treated?
Attached snapshot shows how they handle their customers on email. This kind of reply I got from ajio that is unexpected even the customer care is not enough supportive, looking forward for some help.

I've placed two orders but only one of them has been received in a single package, tried contacting customer care for help but they are neglecting for any refund or product delivery. I request to re-investigate the matter.
