@BofA_Help This is a joke! All I have done in the past 10 days is call BofA and go to your physical branch and not a SINGLE person is able to help get a credit card to work! This is the #worstcreditcard service I’ve ever experienced!

@BankofAmerica @AlaskaAir Alaska couldn’t have done a worse partnership! This is one of the worst customer experiences I’ve faced. I signed up for Alaska MileageProgram using the BofA credit card and I have done nothing but stay on calls with BofA for the last 10 days! #worstever
