Her name was Liana, she was a 16-year-old Ukrainian refugee living in Germany.

She was walking home from her apprenticeship when a migrant began sexually harassing her.

Terrified, Liana called her grandfather for help, telling him that a migrant was chasing her and sexually assaulting her. Her grandfather heard her scream… then silence. He never saw her again.

Authorities later told her parents she had been hit by a train. “Suicide. Case closed.” It looked like a cover-up.

But her family refused to give up. With strong pressure from the AfD demanding a real investigation, the truth finally emerged:
Liana was murdered. She was deliberately pushed onto the tracks by an Iraqi migrant.

The man was identified and arrested, but the outrage didn’t stop there.

He had an active deportation order since January 2025 that was never carried out. If the authorities had done their job, Liana would still be alive.

And it gets worse.
Liana’s mother knew there would be no real justice, and she was right.
A German court has now ruled that the Iraqi migrant who killed her will serve no prison time, claiming he suffers from “mental health issues.” He will instead stay in a comfortable psychiatric facility, paid for by German taxpayers.

Thank you for your email.

I must admit, however, that I found its opening rather insulting.

You write that Andy Burnham was "elected" Leader of the Labour Party. He was not elected by Labour members. He was installed without giving the membership any say in the decision. To present that as a democratic mandate is, at best, misleading, at worst an utter insult to our intelligence.

You also write that Andy is acknowledging something "politicians too often avoid". He may instead wish to acknowledge something politicians should avoid even more often: uniting behind closed doors to conspire against an elected party leader and prime minister.

That is why his leadership begins with an original sin. Whatever he may achieve in office, the fact remains that his authority rests on bypassing the very members who are now being asked to rally behind him. Seriously? I believe you're taking people for granted, and that is yet another insult.

That stain will not disappear simply by asking us to forget how he arrived here and your role in it. We won't.

You speak about Labour's "mission". But this mission was not Andy Burnham's. It was the programme Labour members voted for. It was the programme carried into government by the leader we elected. If that democratic choice can be overturned without consulting us, why should members have any confidence that their vote, their voice or their trust matters at all?

Finally, you ask me to persuade others to join the Labour Party.

Why would I encourage anyone to join a party that has just demonstrated to its own members that they can be ignored when it matters most?

The only reason I may do so is to ensure there will be more voices wanting to see the whole lot of you traitors out the door when the day will come. And hopefully it will.

It isn't.

This is only the start of the battle, for next we need laws that banish censorship, assert the sanctity of privacy and ones home, curtail government and remove its access to tech alongside a strong free speech law that cripples the censorious and controlling for all time.

Much more remains to be done, we will also have to neuter the corporates, and that may involve laws about ownership of physical media, online necessity and data usage that currently does not exist.

We must think ahead, the next generation and those that follow are depending on us, and the leftist moral busybodies, control freaks and ban and censor crowd are a serious threat to us all, for they are the pawns of the state in this battle for freedom.
