@nattechprof I believe it is important to have a strong connection between teachers and the district office. I think that this project helped me see how large the disconnect is. There are a lot of people to go through when something is needed or information needs to be passed along. #edt632

@nattechprof What I found to be the most difficult while working on the technology plan was creating a budget for the project. As an educator, I haven't seen the whole picture when it comes to a budget. That was difficult because it was new to me. #edt632

#edt607 I liked using Twitter chat, because it is new to me. It was difficult to follow at first. But, once I got the hang of it, it was easier to understand how it works. We can react and share others' tweets. The tweets allow for interactive responses.

#edt607 If I had a magic wand, I would want to magically add links to my site. I originally used Piktochart to create my tutorial, and did not add links. Now, I would like to and I need to go back into @piktochart and add links then upload it to my site again.

#edt607 Although everything was new to me, I found that it was mostly simple. Google Site is user-friendly and easy to follow. Looking back now, the most difficult process was thinking of what the greatest need in my classroom was.

#edt607 I think it was very beneficial to begin planning from week 1. This allowed me to define the need in my class, and to perfect or change what I needed to in order to make it accessible for my middle school students.

#edt607 The most gratifying part of going through this whole process was knowing that I am capable of creating a webpage that my students can use and learn with. Also, knowing I can tackle something that is out of my comfort zone.

#edt607 Next time, I would do the same thing. I think it is a matter of planning it out well, and actually using it. Students will be the best gauge for the how well the web page was laid out. If they can easily follow it and use it with a purpose, then it was done well.
