As an LSR alumna, I stand in full solidarity with the brilliant young students calling out an administration that brands the institution ‘apolitical’ while openly flaunting its proximity to BJP and Hindutva powers.
Seeking transparency and accountability is the most fundamental act of being a solid student and they are doing that fantastically!
These corridors have always been spaces where patriarchy and the sabotage of academic freedom get challenged — and I am so proud to see that spirit alive.
Dissent loudly. Don’t stop.

Which makes it even more important to create an inclusive community in an institutional space, away from politics.
All these ,fake accusations and hatred targetted towards the protestors without even knowing the real cause puts the lives of all the LSR students in danger
We, the students, are gathering peacefully to express our concerns. Our intention is to uphold values of fairness, neutrality, and integrity. We are committed to non-violence, respectful dialogue, and lawful conduct.

Our demands are aimed at ensuring a safe and unbiased environment for all. This is what being an apolitical institution means. Our country, this WORLD is not so safe for women and especially passionate women that we officially express our views about any ideology at all.
