Periodic polling leads to inefficient backend load and outdated data, while alternatives like setting up CDC and stream processing systems add a lot of infrastructure management overhead.

@saronyitbarek 15 to 40min per weekday. Each activity is some portion of that depending on the activity. Having a timer set (pretending to be hired help) is great to get it all done quickly. Otherwise, it would easily go on indefinitely if there are no constraints.
