Today the whole country is celebrating Independence Day.

But there are 6 families who have been waiting for the last 27 years for just one thing. They want respect for their sons.

These are those 6 names:

Captain Saurabh Kalia
Sepoy Arjun Ram
Sepoy Bhanwar Lal Bagaria
Sepoy Bhika Ram
Sepoy Moola Ram
Sepoy Naresh Singh

In the Kargil War of 1999, these 6 soldiers were the first patrol who found out that the Pakistani army had entered our area.

The Pakistani army caught all 6 of them alive.

Then for 22 days, they tortured them in the most cruel way.

This was a full violation of the Geneva Convention, the international law which says that captured soldiers must be treated with humanity.

When their mortal remains came back to India, the post mortem report showed the truth.

That report is still available on the internet.

But even after such a big sacrifice, these 6 martyrs have not got any gallantry award till date.

So today, on Independence Day, we are keeping one simple demand in front of the Government of India.

जितने भी ऑनलाइन एग्जाम होते हैं यानी CBT (Computer Based Test), उनमें पेपर लीक होना लगभग नामुमकिन है।
कैसे होगा? पेपर तो exam time पर ही system में land होता है।

CBT में पेपर लीक नहीं, बल्कि cheating होती है।

System का remote access कराकर बाहर बैठे solver gang से live paper solve कराया जाता है। आज maximum CBT exams इसी बीमारी का शिकार हैं।

आज लगभग सब कुछ outsourcing और private companies के भरोसे चल रहा है। ज़रूरत है कि सरकार का अपना exam infrastructure हो या फिर सिर्फ़ उन्हीं credible agencies like TCS से exam कराए जाएँ जिनका track record मजबूत हो।

साथ ही एक Centre Affiliation Board होना चाहिए जो पूरे देश के CBT centres का audit करे, standards तय करे और उनकी accountability सुनिश्चित करे।

Paper leak और CBT cheating दोनों अलग-अलग समस्याएँ हैं।
