UPDATE: Kabale Diocese is expected to spend about Shs800 million on activities related to the ordination of Msgr Bonaventure Bosco Gubazire as the 5th bishop of the diocese. The Vicar General of Kabale Diocese, Msgr Dr John Vianney Sunday, said about 20,000 people are expected to attend the ceremony, which is scheduled for October 3 at St Ignatius University grounds in Kabale Town. President Museveni is expected as the chief guest.
