It is like he has this perfect vision as he says he cant draw it, when he tries he gets upset cos it doesn't look right. Can anyone help us to find a way to support him please?

He is becoming fixated on an idea in his head and when we can't draw it or due to other commitments as unfortunately he does not have 1-1 this can lead to longer periods of disregulation and trickier days...

@community_play within my setting we have 4 corner units connected together with plastic posts and infills but it leaves a hole in the middle that children just love posting in. It would be great if there was not only infills for the 2 joining units but the middle aswel.

My vote is in. Being support staff in schools, it is vital that we fight for what we deserve, we are underpaid and being stretched in all directions, teachers fought for theirs, and NOW it is our turn.
