How I got a ₹10 LPA Software Engineer job as a fresher.

A lot of people have been asking me this lately, so here's exactly what I did.

I didn't solve 1,000 LeetCode questions.

I didn't build 25 full-stack projects.

I didn't complete every roadmap on YouTube.

I didn't buy any expensive coding course.

I didn't have referrals from FAANG employees.

I didn't magically become a 10x developer overnight.

Because...

I still don't know how freshers are landing ₹10 LPA offers in this market.

Every day I see LinkedIn posts saying, "Got 10 LPA", "Got 18 LPA", "Got 25 LPA as a fresher", while I'm still wondering what the actual roadmap looks like.

There are many of my https://t.co/WLFysD5zog CSE seniors who graduated in 2022. Those who studied well during their graduation ended up getting jobs after college.

Right now, most of them are earning between 16 LPA and 30 LPA. The highest-paid among them is earning 50+ LPA as an SDE 2 at Amazon.

And then there are the guys who never studied that much, were always chilling, and just enjoyed college. Many of them ended up going to the US.

And you know what? The ones who went to the US are now earning lakhs per month, and many of them are earning more than the ones who studied harder during graduation.
