GST on UPI Charges - ₹14.4

Total You Have to Pay - ₹94.40

Wow Now You have to pay GST on UPI Charges.

[Krishna Kant @kkjourno]

🚨 IPO ALLOTMENT TRANSPARENCY IS MY RESOLVE! 🔥✅

This is not just a tweet. This is a voice for every IPO investor who applies again and again, blocks capital for 3–4 days, waits for allotment—and still gets nothing.

Retail investors, SHNI investors, BHNI investors—if you are repeatedly missing allotment despite applying in IPOs, write your story in the comments. 👇

✅ Mention the IPOs where you did not receive allotment

✅ Mention your category: Retail / SHNI / BHNI

✅ Mention the registrar involved

✅ Tell us where you feel the process has not been transparent enough

Your comments will help us understand how many genuine investors are facing this issue—and take the voice to registrars, exchanges and SEBI.

📢 MY DEMAND IS SIMPLE:

When every investor receives an email confirming whether allotment was received or not, why can’t the registrar also publish a downloadable, privacy-safe allotment file?

✅ An Excel sheet should be available for at least 30 days

✅ It should show successful allotments category-wise

✅ PAN details can be partially masked—only a few starting characters visible, with the rest hidden

✅ It should help investors independently verify the allotment process

✅ It should create stronger trust in IPO allotment

⚠️ But let us also respect privacy: PAN is personal financial data, and India’s data-protection framework places obligations on organisations handling digital personal data.

Any disclosure format must therefore be approved by SEBI and designed to prevent identification or misuse of investor information.

India already has official routes to verify individual IPO bids and allotments through NSE, BSE and registrars, and investors can raise grievances via SEBI’s SCORES platform.

Still, the demand for stronger aggregate, category-wise and independently auditable allotment disclosure is valid.

We are not against registrars.

We are not against the IPO process.
We are asking for one thing only: MORE TRANSPARENCY. MORE TRUST. MORE CONFIDENCE. 💯

In 2011–12, we raised our voice for mutual-fund Direct Plans. Today, we are raising our voice again—for transparency in IPO allotment.

If investors speak together, the system has to listen. 🇮🇳

Like, comment and share this campaign. Your one comment can strengthen the voice of lakhs of IPO investors. 🚀

🚨 IPO ALLOTMENT TRANSPARENCY — URGENT DEMAND FROM IPO INVESTORS!

Yesterday, allotments were finalised for three major IPOs:

✅ Symbiotec Pharmalab IPO
✅ Skyways Air Services IPO
✅ Hy-Tech Engineers IPO

And now the biggest question is being raised by IPO investors across India:
Who exactly received the IPO allotment? 🤔

We can check only our own application status through the registrar, BSE or NSE. But why can’t registrars provide a downloadable Excel sheet showing the complete allotment data in a transparent format?

NSE itself provides bid and allotment information received from the registrar, while SEBI’s framework requires a structured, category-wise basis-of-allotment process, including draw of lots when needed

📢 MY DEMAND IS VERY SIMPLE:

✅ Registrar should publish a downloadable allotment Excel sheet for at least 30 days.

✅ The sheet should mention every successful allotment.

✅ PAN can remain privacy-safe: show only the first 3–4 characters and mask the remaining characters with XXXX.

✅ The data should clearly mention the investor category—Retail, SHNI, BHNI, QIB or shareholder quota.

✅ Investors should be able to verify whether allotments are genuinely being distributed fairly and transparently.
This is not about targeting any investor.

This is about trust in India’s IPO market. 💯
SEBI rules already provide for category-wise allotment, proportionate allocation and a draw-of-lots mechanism in oversubscribed issues; the basis of allotment is finalised with the registrar, lead manager and designated exchange.

So why not take transparency one step ahead?

Give investors verifiable allotment data. Build trust. Strengthen India’s IPO market. 🇮🇳📈

The country wants clarity:
Are allotments reaching different genuine investors fairly?

Are the same entities repeatedly receiving shares?

Is the IPO allotment process fully transparent?

These questions will only become bigger until investors get a clear, privacy-safe and auditable allotment record.
