@Mariusz_Invest What makes you think over this exact time you would have this amount of growth?
Its a lovely though. No one knows for sure. If investing was fool proof everyone would do it. The market could tank at somepoint wiping out alot of years
@jichuan_zhang@digitalchampi Netherlands have kind of got it right if you want to increase rail usage. Always same price for x to x. None of this 12 weeks early for best price. Maybe more spontaneous travel would happen if so ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ
@NixN1xx@BROKENBRITAIN0 I assume your london based then where the the council tax is lower than most other places. Or the values of property are very high for what they are.
@CarlyRaeWinters Almost any woman can go into a bar and chances are take home a man if they say choose. This is not the same for men. ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ
@CarlyRaeWinters Well I guess to some degree, let's put that to practice, girls if you struggle then the oldest profession could be a option for you in many forms . Guys - if you struggle.... er it is also a option but on a much smaller and I imagine more difficult scale.
@DividendDrip@Janeh0436541586 Eats dont grow at 8% annually. They CAN . They can also grow at any number. They can also crash down... every investment says you may get less than you put in.
Yes hopefully over the years you will be up nicely but its not a guarentee.
@miss_rubyy01 ๐ well done on the rescue.... not really sure id like to try and explain that one at a&e though guess they've seen it all before .
@InvestorFront The key term there is "could" could be 2.25. Could be 5 . Could be less than you put in. Could be anywhere . 10% year on year is probably unlikely. At somepoint there will be an event such as crash and we cannot know when or how long to recover if ever
@SandyofSuffolk Which bumper our sc from around 900- 1600 plus other items like section 20 repairs . Had to gather enough intrest and go rtm to being it back down to reasonable ( only worth less than 100k) mortage company's not favoured above 1% service charge
@SandyofSuffolk What can be a issue is selling... as a leaseholder flat prices have either gone down or stayed the same. This currently has a low service charge.. great... so was ours till the managment company decided our building was worth more and bought a 6.5k ( for 9 flats) insurance policy
