12 months ago I left home for my annual trip to Cheltenham races, I was lucky to come home at all after a coward decided to punch me from behind, 3 fractures and a brain bleed resulted in 12 months of hospital visits and a slow recovery.

@virginmedia then tried to say the only solution was to create a new account needing all new equipment and sign into 18 month contract, no offer to help, no offer to rectify there mistakes just sign again and that will sort it.....Never and I'll be contacting my solicitor.

If any of the people following me are still with @virginmedia then cancel and get as far away from them as possible, join any other provider as there customer service is a They cocked up my account and cannot fix it leaving me without any services.

@virginmedia Once again after promises @virginmedia fail to deliver, after promises of no more waiting I wake this morning and still no services, happy to take my money but I am paying for nothing. 2 unhappy kids over the Christmas period which Virgin don't give a dam about

@virginmedia your service is a shambles, switching off services after a mistake at your end, and told 24-48hrs to come back on....48hrs is up and still no service, I will be cancelling my services and going to another provider #shambles
