TY Cookery and Nutrition have spent the last few weeks investigating food labels and looking at the impact of advertising on the consumer, this inspired them to create their own version of high protein smoothie bowls. Well done everyone.

Ms Longs first and second years were busy making Christingles this week.
A Christingle is a symbolic object used in the Advent, Christmas, and Epiphany services of many Christian denominations. It symbolises the birth of Christ, the Light of the World.
Our library has received a fresh stock of brand new books ready to be borrowed! All books can be signed out using the hardbacks at the front of the library.

2nd Year student Emma Kirwan is pictured with her poem 'Believe', which won the Junior Cycle category of Waterford Anti-Racism's 'Making Racism History' schools competition. Emma was presented with her prize by Lord Mayor of Waterford, Jason Murphy, at the awards ceremony.
Thinking of all our schools today as they prepare for the start of the state exams tomorrow, we are also thinking of all our Le Chéile Students sitting the exams. May their nerves be eased, we wish them every success over the coming days and weeks ahead.
