On Saturday July 8th at approximately 7:25am to 8:00am, the “Bridge Of Lions” will be closed due the 5k. Please plan accordingly and use alternative routes.
SAPD has been receiving reports that our number, 904-825-1070 is being used by solicitors asking for a donation to the @staugpd. We will NEVER call you for a donation. Our number is being "spoofed" for this scam so please be on the alert if you receive a call from this number.

At approximately 9:00pm on May 19, 2023, SJSO Sergeant Michael Kunovich made contact with a male subject in the 2500 block of SR16 in St. Augustine. During the encounter, a physical altercation occurred and additional deputies responded. (1/3)
SEARCH WARRANT SERVED AT 12 NEWCOMB.
Today March 24th, 2023 at 6:05am, the St. Augustine Police Department responded to 12 Newcomb St. and served a search warrant. The search warrant resulted in one arrest after illegal drugs were found inside the home.

Effective immediately on Friday, Nov. 11, voluntary evacuation orders for all zones enacted in St. Johns County in response to Tropical Storm Nicole have been lifted and shelters will begin demobilizing and close at 10 a.m.
