(1)The St. Cloud PD is seeking the public's help to locate a missing vulnerable adult with dementia. 55-yo William Nabors left his residence in the 400 blk of 15th AV SE at 0215 hours this morning. William is a Native American male, 6'1", 235 lbs w/ blk hair and bro eyes
