During last week's visit to Derry, Economy Minister Dr. Caoimhe Archibald met with representatives of the North West Community Wealth Building Partnership to discuss their soon-to-be-launched strategic Prospectus and forthcoming Action Plan, aimed at transforming the NW economy.

During a visit to Derry, Minister Dr @CArchibald_SF met with the North West Community Wealth Building Partnership (NW CWBP).

Following the meeting, the Minister said: “I was delighted to meet with the NW CWBP to discuss its strategic Prospectus and future Action Plan.

“The NW CWBP Partnership is putting my economic vision into action — creating good jobs, strengthening regional balance, and keeping wealth in local communities. By working with councils, anchor institutions, and local enterprises, it’s helping businesses grow, boosting local supply chains, and driving long-term resilience.

"I welcome the positive progress being made by all involved in delivering on the CWB report recommendations. I also commend NW CWBP on its ongoing collaborative work with the Larne CWBP. It’s clear that this pilot has the potential to inspire and inform similar initiatives."
