We gathered at St Edburg’s church today for our thanksgiving service where we celebrated this year’s many successes. We also wished our leavers - children and staff - a fond farewell and good luck for their next adventure ⭐️

As alway we are grateful for our amazing PTA friends for organising this event.
We loved aiming high during our first ever careers week. Our favourite quote has to be, “I loved careers week, my favourite moment was the Trinity College visitor. It sounded amazing and I feel like it really inspired lots of us to want to go to university.” 👏🎓📚 #StEds
Thank you to everyone who came to our May Dancing celebrations - it was a wonderful end to the term!
A huge thank you to our wonderful PTA for providing breakfast and hot drinks.
Last week was our annual Climate Change week. The whole school was buzzing with courageous advocacy as we wrote letters, sang songs, went on community visits and designed posters to voice our climate change concerns 🌎 #stedsclimatechangeweek#stedburgs
We were so excited to join the Poetry Slam Community Final at King’s Meadow today. We were one of four schools who brought our winners from last week’s in school performance poetry final on World Book Day and our reception and y1 entries came first!
Go Team St Ed’s!
On Friday 7th March we welcomed children's author, Nick Butterworth to school. Nick spent the day talking to children about how he became an illustrator and author. Children met Nick, and bought signed books from him. He answered everyone's questions!

We're very proud of one of our Year 10 students, who's won the final in the UK Kart series - Junior Prokart category. After coming on the podium in 2 of the 3 heats, this puts him in the lead for the championship across the UK, and means he's Number 1 in the UK Kart series.
