We then got the funicular and walked up to Villa Jovis, belonging to Emperor Tiberius, and it was certainly lunch with an incredibly amazing view!

Fabulous jam packed penultimate day...spent in Capri which we kicked off with a beautiful boat trip around the island.

A super afternoon at the beach with a lot of swimming in the sea and building sandcastles, followed by another lovely meal and an evening stroll.

Fascinating morning in Pompeii today followed by a delicious restaurant lunch with pizza and spaghetti on the menu.

We’ve arrived in Sorrento and just sitting down to our evening meal after a very well deserved and needed jump in the pool…absolutely beautiful setting and we’re all very excited to see the sea.

Stunning views at the top of Mount Vesuvius this afternoon - everyone did brilliantly at what was a very steep and very hot climb! 🌋🥵💪

We have said goodbye to Rome and are on our way to Vesuvius, having had a fun last evening. Children were amazing tidying their rooms this morning, and have been impressing us all.
