4/6 COUNTY REPRESENTATION Well done to Sligo in their victory over Westmeath on Sunday last and to hurlers Fionn Connolly, Finnian Cawley, Tomas Cawley & Donall Hanley who were part of the panel that defeated Cavan in the Division 3A semi-final.

5/6 Next up for the footballers is Connacht quarter final against Leitrim on Sunday April 7th at 3.30pm in Hyde Park while the hurlers take on Mayo in the Division 3A final in MacHale park on Sunday 31st March at 2.00pm.

3/6 Registration is open for all players & coaches on Foireann. All players and coaches must register to be eligible to play or coach,and have insurance cover in place.
EASTER CAMP Easter camp is being run for boys & girls aged from 5 to 14. Details can be found in bio.

1/6 FOOTBALL The first competitive action of the season took place on Sunday 24th Easkey/St Farnan’s U18 lost out to Enniscrone/Kilglass on a scoreline of 2-09 to 0-11. U18 team is an away fixture against Curry on Thurs 11th April.

2/6 U15 & U13 fixtures commence week of 8th April with U15 team taking on Tourlestrane, 9th April and U13 team taking on Tourlestrane 12th April both games at home.
First matches in Senior & Junior Spring leagues April 6th & 7th with the intermediate team taking on St Pats.

St Farnan’s juniors were defeated by Drumcliffe/Rosses Point (1-11 to 1-06) in the semi final Junior B championship. Thanks to manager Padraic Culkin and all the players for the commitment shown this year.
The senior team were defeated by Tubbercurry (4-14 to 2-10)

A quiet week on the field with only the Easkey/St Farnan’s U17 team in action where they suffered a defeat to Coolera/Strandhill in the U17 shield. This completes the U17 season; thanks to Dessie Sloyne for coaching the team for the championship.
