The Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (POTRAZ) has donated 15 special wheelchairs and accessories for children with disabilities at St Giles. The wheelchairs, which are specially designed for children with cerebral palsy, are worth US$10 000.
