Year 2 have finished their DT stockings topic! We used a running stitch to join our fabric, then decorated them using fabric pens, glitter and pompoms!

Year 2 have continued their science topic by exploring microhabitats in our local area. We found lots of minibeasts and conducted a survey to count them up!

Year 2 had the best time today visiting Hartlepool Art Gallery. We enjoyed looking at the exhibition and creating our own work inspired by what we saw. We even got the chance to meet the ACTUAL ARTIST who created the exhibition!!

Year 2 have been writing some AMAZING character descriptions of the monsters from Where The Wild Things Are. They even created their own monster, used lots of talk to describe it to their buddy and then wrote their sentences down! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ #superstars

Earlier this week (06/12), our Befriending Service had its Christmas party at Headland Fire Station! 🎅🎄
Everyone had a wonderful time being serenaded with Christmas Carols by pupils from @StHelensHpool. A few of our members even had a go at using the hose! 💙 #ThrowbackThursday
