Year 6 have enjoyed exploring their new music topic all about film music. We started by discussing how different sounds make us feel and what sounds we associate with different themes and film scenes. They then used their knowledge to identifying different theme songs. Well done!
There were some amazing mathematical conversations happening in Year 1. The children had to decide whether the shapes were circles or triangles or not, it wasn't as easy as it sounds.
The Reception children have blown us away with their wonderful imaginations! So much imaginative play going on today! The children also told their own story using props during our Tales Toolkit literacy session ๐๐ป
Y5 are experimenting with different materials to classify if they are soluble or insoluble. Our topic this term is Properties and Changes of Materials.

It was too icy to go outside today, so Reception class brought the water tubes in from outside to race their cars down. The children then decided to find sphere shaped objects from around the classroom that they could use to roll down the tubes. Great job!
