We have had so much fun so far during Health Week!🤩We have demonstrated egg-cellent ball skills at rugby🏉, practised mindfulness at yoga🧘♂️, showcased our teamwork and resilience with P7-led games💪 and challenged ourselves on our bowling trip🎳 @stjosephsedin
We had lots of fun in PE today practising our running, jumping and throwing. We timed each other sprinting and measured how far we could jump so that we could keep challenging ourselves! Lots of amazing achievements today🙌🏼 well done everyone! 🏃🏃♀️🎾
P3 and P3/2 had an out of this world experience on Space Day🪐🚀What better way to celebrate the end of our Space topic than by building rockets, being astronauts, making moon craters and star-gazing in the planetarium?! 👽☄️🚀@stjosephsedin
P3/2 have been learning all about the Solar System in STEM. To celebrate British Science week, we were visited by our STEM ambassadors from P7 who helped us map out our planets in a scale model. Look how far away Neptune is from the Sun. @ScienceWeekUK

As part of our learning about road safety, we went out to count how many cars, buses etc we could see on the road in front of our school🚙🚦🚐We worked in pairs and put our learning about pictograms into practise to record our findings📊 @stjosephsedin 🚎🚛🚕

As part of our Spring 🌸topic, we had great fun using our fine motor skills to make some bird feeders for our local wildlife. We then hung them in the garden - we can’t wait to go back and see what wildlife have enjoyed their treats! 🦉🐦🪶🐿 @stjosephsedin

P1 have been celebrating books and our love of stories all week📚 We have enjoyed tales read and performed by @St_JosephsP7 and @St_JosephsP6, chosen to use our Einstein Time to share stories in the calm corner 📖 and retold and reinvented classic fairy tales🐻#WorldBookDay
P1 had so much fun making shortbread yesterday. We have been learning about Scotland, the 'sh' digraph and measure so we thought shortbread was the perfect way to combine all these things! We loved eating our delicious creations 😋🍪
