Some S2 pupils took part in a workshop exploring careers in working with children. A big thank you to Linda from Aberlour for organising & delivering such an engaging session. We received lots of positive feedback from pupils who really enjoyed the session & found it inspiring.

Final week of training for the @stmacharacademy S1 ⚽️ team (now S2) meant it was time for awards🏆

Brodie and Tristan were our winners for “Club person of the year” and “S1 player of the year”⚽️🟣

Brodie won @stmacharacademy “Club person of the year” by showing great school values throughout his year. He was respectful, on time and engaged in every activity to the best of his ability😁⚽️

Tristan won our @stmacharacademy “S1 player of the year” for fantastic leadership throughout the season. He encouraged others to keep working hard, committed to turning up to all training sessions and games and also left nothing on the pitch each game🏆⚽️

With the school season finishing it was great to get 1 final game organised for the new @stmacharacademy s4s⚽️

An entertaining 6-5 win was a fantastic way to end our football time together!

Level 4 & 5 construction pupils took part in a plumbing workshop with FES. They got to solder joints, cut & bend pipes & learn about Apprenticeships in plumbing. Lots of young people commented how much they enjoyed the workshop & will consider a career in plumbing @DYW_NorthEast

Amazing day getting to support @stmacharacademy competing in the “I belong, we achieve” cup organised by @ASC_StMacharASG ⚽️🟣

The S4 team managed to go all the way and win, led fantastically by coach Murray💪🏼

19 young people from 7 different Aberdeen schools took part in the launch of this year's Automotive Academy in St Machar Academy. Colin from John Clark came into school, tasked them with building Lego cars and asked them to demonstrate excellent teamwork skills @johnclarkmotors
