Guy Smith of @ProvincialGLN recently embarked on a 400-mile journey, travelling through nine Masonic Provinces.
His determination to support the Alzheimer’s Society following the recent loss of his mother not only became a test of endurance, but also a deeply personal tribute aimed at helping other families facing the same devastating illness through fundraising.

We are delighted to share a new photograph of the Grand Master, HRH The Duke of Kent, and the Pro Grand Master, Jonathan Spence, taken recently at Freemasons' Hall!
Taken specially for the forthcoming book by Celia Lee - a sequel to 'HRH The Duke of Kent: A Life of Service', honouring the Duke's 90th birthday and his recent decade of public life - the portrait reflects both the dignity and continuity of Freemasonry under his leadership.

Today, also at the Quarterly Communication of Grand Lodge, Graham Redman was awarded the prestigious Grand Master's Order of Service to Masonry and promoted to Past Junior Grand Warden.
Instituted in 1945, The Order of Service to Masonry is limited to only 12 holders. It is the highest honour the Grand Master can confer on any member as an acknowledgement of exceptional services to Freemasonry.
He is known personally and by reputation to many across our Constitution and overseas. He has given exceptional service to the Craft, Royal Arch and many of our Companion orders, but especially to the High Rulers of pure, antient Freemasonry.
We are sure you will all agree his service to Masonry has indeed been, by any and every measure, truly exceptional and well and worthy of emulation!
