Good morning St Mark’s family!
Jo Brierly from The Ways to Wellbeing Team is offering a drop‑in session for parents and carers who are experiencing school‑avoidance challenges, or finding it difficult to get their child into school in the morning.
It’s about choosing something better: fasting from unkindness and feasting on love, prayer, and kindness. May God guide us in what to fast from — and what to feast on — this Lent.
St Mark's family ,this year, Lent, Ramadan, and Passover overlap — three sacred seasons calling us to fasting, reflection, and renewal. In Wednesday Worship, our boys led a beautiful litany on fasting and feasting in all parts of life.
Lent isn’t only about giving something up.
