A huge thank you to Canon Leigh Richardson, sub-Dean of the Carthedral for coming to preach at #CorpusChristi at St Mary’s #Manorowen this evening. It was a stonking good sermon with much to think about, not least how we avoid taking what is most precious for granted.

It was a great joy to baptise Arabella into the Church of God this morning during our celebration of #Pentecost at St Gwyndaf’s Llanwnda this morning.

Yesterday it was a great joy to welcome the Rev’d Sam Patterson from Roose LMA to preach at #Evensong. The choir sang wonderfully and we had lots to think about from the sermon.

Our next Evensong will be Sunday 14 June, 5pm in St Mary’s #Fishguard.

This Sunday we celebrate #Rogation. There's a joint service at 10am in St David's #Llanychaer then refreshments at the Bridge End Inn. Everyone's then invited on a Rogation Walk. It's only 1.1 miles on good paths. Here is a flavour... with Frome photobombing!

In the meeting, with the Vicar as mayor’s chaplain, prayers we led for the people of the town, Council, our nation and for the peace of the world. Please do continue to pray for the council, its deliberations and actions.

#Fishguard and #Goodwick Town Council held their annual meeting this evening. Cllr Steve a Hughes was elected as our new mayor, and Cllr Brian Murphy was elected as deputy mayor. We wish the mayor, deputy and whole council every blessing in their work.
