Our 3rd year Practical Cookery pupils have been learning about pastry and seasonality so it had to be strawberry tarts!! We tried the upside down patty cake tin method - perfect tart cases every time without the faff of baking beans. Well done 3rd year! @StMatthewsAc

Our Hospitality Skills for Work pupils served a delicious 3 course Christmas Lunch to friends and family at Ardeer Golf Course on Friday as part of their Nat 5 Assessment. Pupils ran Front of House, Bar and Kitchen - what a success!! Thanks to all involved! @StMatthewsAc

S3 practical cookery have started their Fakeaway unit with beef fried rice. All the pupils enjoyed the flavours and some even said it was better than their local takeaway! π₯‘
