The Bethlehem Peace Light returns to @StMichaelsN22 and was received at the Carol and Nativity Service this evening. Come and bathe in the light of Christ at Midnight Mass and Christmas Day Mass.
Following a joyful parish Mass today, we said a fond farewell to Fr Engin & Mine. Fr Engin has served the Wood Green Team for almost 8 years and we shall miss him hugely. Our love and prayers go with them.
He is risen! But what happened next?

With Christians across the world, we’re praying for the repose of the soul of Pope Francis at the Shrine. A candle burns for him in the Holy House and Mass will be offered for him at midday.
O God, faithful rewarder of souls, grant that your departed servant Pope Francis, whom you made successor of Peter and shepherd of your Church, may happily enjoy for ever in your presence in heaven the mysteries of your grace and compassion, which he faithfully ministered on earth. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
We are honoured @StMichaelsN22 to be bearers of the Bethlehem Peace Light from this Sunday. You are welcome to join us and to add a memorial star 🌟 to the Christmas Tree in memory of a loved one.

@limebike@haringeycouncil Another day and still nothing done about the bikes causing problems to parents, children and those with visibility issues. 6 bikes unusable and others strewn all over the path. Something has to be done.
@haringeycouncil Please what can we do about this increasing problem. People are tired of having to move these obstacles on a daily basis. 3 of the several bikes here on Selborne Road are damaged and dangerous.
@haringeycouncil@limebike The problem with Lime bikes on Selborne Road is getting worse by the day. Fences damaged, parents with pushchairs and small children unable to move them so cross roads instead. What does it take to happen before this is addressed.
We pray that Parliament will uphold the dignity of human life, in anticipation of the assisted suicide vote tomorrow.
No human being is a burden, we are all the beloved children of God.
