Congrats to Y10’s Noah E who came in 1st & 3rd in the U16s unregistered school categories of the Welsh Schools #Ski competition. He won gold and bronze for the school and came 6th in the competition overall.
Well done also to Year 10’s Rocco B who came 4th in the competition.
Well done to our Year 9 & 10 indoor athletics team who took part in the Dyfed Indoor Athletics competition in Pentre Awel, yesterday.

Five of our Year 13 Biology students have been presented with the prestigious #GoldCrest Science award.
Their Gold Crest award is focused on anaesthesia during COVID 19 pandemic and their aim was to evaluate and compare the use of general and regional anaesthesia.
Well done!
Our Y9 netball team competed in the Llanelli Schools Tournament, this week. They played extremely well and were placed second in the county, losing out on the top place by just 1 point.
The players of the tournament were Tiya and Sofia.

Well done to the Year 10&11 team who played football against Ffynone, yesterday.
There was some excellent football and determined defending and stand out performances from Muhammed and Rayan, who scored 2 goals.

Some of our pupils enjoyed a careers talk from Pilot Marc Barwick who is a commercial pilot for Virgin and was previously an RAF pilot for 19 years.
The talk was well attended and inspired many of our students for a future in the sky!
