Be brave, be kind, belong is our motto. And these children know how to demonstrate this, as our Priceless Playtimes certificate winners this week. Well done to them! π
Well done to this superstar from Cowrie Class, who read the most books during our recent sponsored read! And thank you to all friends and families who sponsored the class to the tune of Β£378.55! Cowrie Class look forward to some brilliant new books to share next term! ππ
Well done to these boys who played a festival of five football games yesterday. An outstanding effort and fabulous teamwork, the children really played for each other - won 2, drew 2 and lost 1. π
We are proud to have taken part in Odd Socks Day today, to raise awareness for our friends with Downs Syndrome and to celebrate the wonderful differences between us all. π
Greenaway Class have been SO busy recently - they rarely stand still long enough for a photo!
So here we have last week's Stars of the Week as well as a class full of SWIMMING Stars for this week - well done, Team Greenaway! π
Wow! We're delighted with how many children gained a Bikeability qualification over these last two weeks with Mr Keymer - they are not even all here! A big thank you to Mr Keymer who helped the children overcome all kinds of weather while learning safe biking behaviour. π
Science Week Day 3... do all experiments work? (No) Can you build strong structures with marshmallows and straws? (No) Are the marshmallows yummy?! (Absolutely) π
Luckily, our science experiments don't usually cause crazy hair or nasty explosions! ππ St Minver is full of scientists today, at the launch of British Science Week, and we're looking for how many different ways we can demonstrate this year's theme of 'Connections'. π
We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Level 3 nursery assistant to join our Team two days a week, to have fun alongside our youngest children and to help them learn what it means to 'Be brave, be kind, belong'.
Please help us to find them! π

A HUGE well done to all who participated in the Wadebridge Festival of Music and Speech this week. 27 St Minver children took part, with 3 cups and 6 medals in the poetry classes alone and more from the children returning for the instrumental classes later in the week.π
