Year 11 students, parents and staff at Mount St Joseph's had a wonderful morning celebrating their leavers mass today and an amazing 5 years of being learners, believers & friends. We are very proud of you Year 11. Thank you Father Gorton for the lovely service. 🙏

Year 11 enjoyed a right royal treat today. Following their GCSE RE exam, they each had an ice cream, with chocolate flakes and frosting too! This was to celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee and also how hard they have been working! 🍦🍦🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

Next week sees the start of the GCSE examinations for our hardworking Year 11s. We wish you all the luck in the world but know that you have the knowledge and skills needed to smash them!

Year 11 Parents Evening.
Thank you to all our wonderful Year 11 parents, guardians and students for joining our virtual parents evening last night. It was a huge success. Hopefully, everyone feels ready and knows what they need to do in preparation for the exams in summer 2022.

Well done Year 11! Another set of mock exams complete🙌. You smashed it 💪. Testing yourself is a great way to make progress and we are really hopeful that your marvelous attitude to the mocks will pay off come summer! 🤞. Catch up mocks are Mon-Wed next week.

Year 10&11 Basketball Team were on fire last night.
Beating Westhoughton 22-14, Thornleigh 33-11 and a draw with St James 10-10. MoM accolades went to Mitul, Aayan/Joel & Stephen (who scored 20+ points in one game) 👏👏🏀

Congratulations to our Yr 10/11 Basketball Team - Winning 2 & Drawing 1 match last night against Thornleigh, St James & Westhoughton. Super proud of you boys!

MSJ Thank You! We're sending plenty of love, hope & joy to many disadvantaged children around the world. MSJ senior prefects, led by Zaina have organised the whole school to pack shoe boxes full of lovely Christmas gifts for children of all ages. Plus over £265 raised. Wow!
