The original All Saints Church, Emscote (built 1854-6 by James Murray) was demolished in the 1960s after being damaged in the Coventry air raids of 1940. This Ninian #Comper reredos was rescued from the vicar’s garage & offered to @StOsTileHill where it lives today. I ❤️ it!

I've been reading the Gospel of Luke every day in 2020. But I still can't find the verse when Jesus says, ”Thoughts and prayers.” I do find a lot of Prayers and Action. But maybe my Greek is Not up to scratch. @churchofengland
