In Todays PATHS lesson, we listened to the story Twiggle Learns to do Turtle. This story helped us to learn how to do “turtle” when we have a strong uncomfortable feeling like angry or upset. We are going to remember to use this as a way to help us to calm down. @StPPPrimary
