Year 2B thoroughly enjoyed celebrating ‘World Environmental Day’. They made group ‘Promises Mobiles’ and posters to encourage people to look after ‘Our Earth, 🌍
Immersion Day- exploring Hiraeth and Cynefin as we journey through the heart of Wales and its connection to Patagonia. In Year 3- From castles to flags, we created collages showing what makes us feel a sense of belonging (cynefin).
Year 3 and Year 3/4 spent the day at St Fagans exploring the meaning of cynefin — a powerful Welsh word about belonging, identity, and the places that shape who we are.
The whole school gathered for a special Mass, reflecting on the miracle of the Feeding of the Five Thousand (John 6:1–14). “Then Jesus took the loaves, gave thanks, and distributed to those who were seated as much as they wanted.” – John 6:11
St Cuthbert’s joined us on a beautiful Journey of Hope. Our little disciples led a heartfelt worship, adding their own footprints of hope and singing hymns with joy. The morning ended with the children writing and sharing prayers filled with love and faith.
From St. Patrick’s to St. Mary’s — a journey of hope, faith, and unity. As Pilgrims of Hope in this Jubilee Year, we walk together, trusting God to lead us forward.
