Eternal rest grant unto Pope Francis. You have been the voice of the voiceless, the champion of the poor.
May perpetual light shine upon you, just as you have shone on this world.

The motherhood of Mary is the most direct and easiest path leading us to the paternal tenderness of God. Our Mother leads us to the beginning and heart of faith, which is a boundless gift that makes us beloved children, tabernacles of the Father’s love. #AnnunciationOfTheLord

Jesus asks all of us to proclaim the Good News of His life, death and resurrection to a world that is so in need of His salvation and unending grace. We pray that the Lord will provide us with the words we need to share the Gospel with others.
Once again, Jesus is not immediately recognised. But His identity is revealed by His miracle. How has Jesus revealed Himself to you in your life? Take a moment to thank and praise Him for the blessings you have received.
Have you experienced the peace of Christ? Take a moment now, stop scrolling and take a deep breath. Know that Jesus loves you personally and that He wants you to find peace. Close your eyes and feel Him smiling at you. Rest with Him. Feel His peace.
In today's Gospel, Mary doesn't recognise Jesus straight away. This Easter season, let us pray that we will be able to see Jesus in everyone we meet. Let us also give of our time to those in need, by sitting with those who are sad or lonely, and asking 'why are you weeping?'
This Eastertide we pray we may share the joy and hope of the resurrection with all people.
