What makes the failure of @BrightonHoveCC to collect our rubbish for nearly three weeks even more frustrating is the total lack of communication from anyone about why Friday collections are so ‘ rubbish’ .

Still no bin collections @BrightonHoveCC @TristramBurden today and none last week: what is it about the Friday deliveries that they are so poor ? Are you actually doing anything to respond to residents’ concerns? And yes we reported it.

We do always report missed collections: Fridays especially bad. But it makes no difference @BrightonHoveCC as no remedial action taken .

It’s a Friday and the bins up here have still not been collected. They weren’t collected last week. Letting @BrightonHoveCC know seems to make no difference at all.
