SR3 have learnt all about the Queen this week – her favourite colour, favourite flower, her love of hats and corgis. Today we went to the flower memorial at Stratford Park and, if we wanted to, we placed a flower to remember Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II.
Everyone enjoyed a wonderful day today at the official opening of Quentin House. We'd like to thank all our guests who have supported us over the past couple of years and a special thank you to the Rt. Rev. Declan Lang, Bishop of Clifton who opened and blessed Quentin House.
We would like to say a huge thank you to Eva Shone and her Brownie Group, who have raised an amazing £1160 for our Quentin House Project, in their sponsored Danceathon. We hope you had fun dancing!
All the students in school and nursery had an exciting morning watching the M&M theatre company perform an excellent version of Treasure Island.
We are so grateful to @HappyDays_UK for their support and funding 75% of the cost of the performance.
SR2 love reading and so really enjoyed bringing in their favourite books to share as part of our #WorldBookDay celebrations. We were very careful not to muddle these up with the books we brought in for a book exchange too!

SR1 have had a wellbeing day, they made pizza, chose their ingredients to add to the pizza, and then ate them, all washed down with a lovely walk in the sunshine to the park.
This was linked to our 'plants' theme we have been exploring, growing, and tasting tomatoes this term!
We'd like to say a big thank you to @MarlingSchool who will be holding a non-uniform day on Friday 18 February to help support and raise money for St Roses. 🙏🏻

We received a ‘good’ in the recent Ofsted Care Provision Report. “Staff give a great deal of thought and attention to each child’s individual needs. This is underpinned by the seamless collaboration of all staff, regardless of their roles in the school. ”
